Shirley LeComte has lived in Lahaina, Maui since 1989. It was her intense love for this unique litte town that gave birth to the zipcode pendant idea in the first place. The name Lahaina means "cruel sun" in the Hawaiian language describing the sunny, dry climate. Lahaina was the capital of the Kindom of Hawaii from 1820 to 1845 and was the center of the whaling trade in the Pacific. Lahaina is still the heart of Maui's tourist trade and everyone's favorite place to visit.
96753 (Maalaea, Kihei, Wailea and Makena, Hawaii): is the zip code for South Maui or the Maui “Gold Coast” and is comprised of the towns of.
