About Shirley Lecomte

Living and working on Maui since 1989, jewelry designer Shirley Lecomte has managed jewelry stores, art galleries, and collaborated with other jewelry designers & artists for years.

She feels very blessed to live in Lahaina on Maui's west shore and incorporates this genuine feeling of love into jewelry art pieces that inspire the wearer to think and feel good about the beautiful paradise Shirley calls home.

It is her passion and love for her West Maui home that served as inspiration for the "Zip Code" Pendant Series. The "96761" Zip Code pendant was designed to serve as an heirloom memento and constant reminder to the wearer of their precious time spent in Lahaina - the most desirable district of the best island in the world! These fine hand-crafted pendants are made from heavy, high quality 14 carat white or yellow gold, or sterling silver. Their unique styling is subtle, yet draws the eye in a desire to learn more - much like Maui beckons to visitors.

The immensely popular area code and zipcode pendant series have expanded to include the 808 (Hawaii area code), the "96753" (Wailea-Kihei zip code), and the Maile Leaf (Love, Honor, and Respect).

Recently released jewelry creations by Designs by Shirley include the Once-in-a-Lifetime pendant series to commemorate these popular wedding dates:
